Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how 360-converter.com handles personal data, file conversion, analytics, advertising, sponsored recommendations, cookies, and privacy rights.
Last updated: 4 May 2026
1. Controller and contact
Tinolds Marketing INC. is responsible for the processing described in this policy for 360-converter.com. For privacy questions, security concerns, or complaints, contact support@360-converter.com. Our mailing address is 4011 Flintlock Ln, Florence, KY 41042, USA.
2. File handling
For the current JPG to PNG converter, your selected image is processed locally in your browser using browser APIs. The file is not intentionally uploaded to our servers for that conversion.
Future tools may work differently if a format cannot be handled reliably in the browser. If a future converter requires server-side processing, cloud processing, or a third-party provider, the tool should explain that clearly.
3. What we process and why

- For the live JPG to PNG tool, the selected image is processed in your browser and is not intentionally uploaded to our servers.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The website may use strictly necessary technologies to operate the site, remember consent choices, maintain security, and deliver requested functionality.
Analytics, advertising, remarketing, or similar non-essential technologies may require consent under applicable privacy and cookie rules. When those features are added, we should provide a consent mechanism where required and make it possible to refuse non-essential cookies as easily as accepting them.
We plan to use advertising technology, including Google Ad Manager 360, to support development costs. Advertising partners may process data according to their own privacy notices when their services are used.
5. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be processed by service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, analyse, advertise, or maintain the website. This may include hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising technology providers, email/support providers, and sponsored recommendation partners.
We do not sell your file contents. For client-side tools, selected files should remain in your browser unless a tool clearly states otherwise.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we aim to rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other safeguards required by applicable privacy law.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law, security, dispute handling, or compliance obligations.
Support emails may be kept while needed to handle the request and maintain records. Technical logs are generally kept for a limited period needed for security, debugging, and reliability. Consent records may be kept as long as needed to demonstrate consent choices.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have the following rights:
- Access the personal data we process about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Ask us to delete personal data where the law gives you that right.
- Ask us to restrict processing in certain situations.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Request data portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Contact us with a privacy concern or request using the support email listed on this page.
To exercise rights, contact support@360-converter.com. We may need information to verify your request and identify relevant data.
9. Security and data breaches
We aim to use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No website can guarantee perfect security. If a personal data breach occurs and notification is legally required, we will take steps consistent with applicable law, including notification to the relevant authority where required.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not currently use automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects for users. Future AI-assisted format suggestions or routing features should be used to improve usability, not to make legally significant decisions about users.
11. Children
360-converter.com is a general utility website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a way that requires parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact support@360-converter.com.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when tools, advertising features, analytics, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
