These Terms of Use apply when you visit 360-converter.com, use our converter tools, read our information pages, or interact with links, buttons, advertisements, or sponsored recommendations on the website.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

360-converter.com provides file conversion tools, format-related information, and download safety guidance. The first live tool is a JPG to PNG converter that runs in your browser using browser APIs.

We plan to add more tools over time, including image converters, document utilities such as DOC to PDF, and audio-related tools where quality, browser support, and compliance make sense.

When a tool says that conversion happens locally or client-side, the conversion is performed in your browser and the selected file is not intentionally uploaded to our servers for that conversion.

Not every future file type can necessarily be converted client-side. If a future tool requires server-side processing, cloud processing, or a third-party provider, we will describe that clearly before or during the tool flow.

Only use files that you own, created, are authorised to process, or are otherwise legally allowed to convert.

Do not use the website to process unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape it aggressively, or use it in a way that harms other users.

You are responsible for checking whether the converted output is suitable for your intended use before relying on it.

We aim to make download buttons clear and direct. Sponsored recommendations are not required to convert files or download converted files.

File conversion can change file characteristics such as metadata, compression, transparency, colour, size, quality, or compatibility. A format conversion cannot restore information that was already lost in the source file.

360-converter.com is planned as an advertising-supported service. We may use advertising technology, including Google Ad Manager 360, to help support development, hosting, maintenance, testing, content, and future tool expansion.

We may also display sponsored recommendations, including security-related recommendations. Sponsored recommendations must be optional, clearly labelled, and separate from the direct converter/download flow.

Advertising partners and sponsored partners may have their own terms and privacy notices. If you click an external advertisement or sponsored offer, you leave 360-converter.com and interact with that third party directly.

The 360-converter.com website, brand, interface, copy, layout, design elements, and code are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, resell, frame, or reproduce substantial parts of the website without permission, except where allowed by mandatory law.

You keep whatever rights you have in your own files. Using a converter tool does not transfer ownership of your files to 360-converter.com.

We may update, pause, remove, or change tools and pages. We may also change these terms when the website, legal requirements, business model, or available tools change.

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every file will convert successfully in every browser.

Information pages, including safe-download guidance, are general educational content. They are not legal, security, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You should make your own decisions and seek professional advice where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360-converter.com is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or damage caused by your use of files, third-party websites, advertisements, or sponsored recommendations.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed under mandatory law, including liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, death, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of the place where you live, and these terms do not take those rights away.

If there is a concern or dispute, please contact support@360-converter.com first so we can try to resolve it. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a competent court, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
